Also known as white heather due to its’ white flowers. It acts as an antiseptic and a diuretic for the urinary tract.
Available on 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg
Color: brownish-red as a liquid and a caramel colour when solid.
Smell: caramel.
Flavor: the flavour hints of the undergrowth with a dominating caramel note.
It is to be tasted as it comes, like a caramel sweet or on a slice of bread. It is rarely used in recipes.
Creamy honey to be stored between 14 and 18°C
