Its’ lemon yellow colour catches the eye. Its’ flowers can grow up to 30 cm in diameter as they follow the sun during the day. Its’ salty seeds are appreciated for aperitifs.

It can be enjoyed on bread, in hot milk or tea, for making honey bread, in your dishes. The honey crystalizes very fast becoming very hard, so it is necessary to make it creamy.
